We do not ask you to provide a WhatsApp number on this website. If a consultation later continues on WhatsApp, that happens only after you have first contacted us by email.

- Respond to inquiries and provide customer support
- Handle return requests and warranty matters
- Communicate about an order, a request, or a consultation you have initiated

Website and store technology
This website is built with WordPress and WooCommerce. Those systems store and display the pages, products, cart, checkout, and account areas of the store.
Google Fonts
The storefront loads typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). When you visit the site, your browser may request those fonts from Google’s servers. That request is made by the browser as part of loading the page.
We communicate with customers by email, including at scnetwork.th@gmail.com. Email may be sent and received through Gmail. Please do not send payment-card numbers by email.
Private Client consultations may continue on WhatsApp after you first contact SCN by email. A WhatsApp number is not published on this website, and WhatsApp is not used as a general contact form or checkout channel.
Keeping information secure
We take care to keep customer information secure and to limit access to people who need it for the purposes above. We do not claim specific security certifications or technical standards on this page.
