Returns

A return may be requested within 7 days of receiving the item.

The customer pays the return shipping fee.

Refunds

SCN must receive and verify the returned item before a refund is processed.

The refund may use the payment method requested by the customer.

A refund may take up to 30 days after SCN has received and verified the returned item.

Warranty

Warranty claims are separate from this return policy. Warranty covers mechanical errors during the warranty period shown on the individual product page.
